About Chuck (one odd duck)

Chuck Putney grew up in southern New Hampshire and attended the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA), where he earned a degree in English and served as a Resident Assistant and President of the Holy Cross Marching and Pep Band. Following college, Chuck worked at a DC-area high school and in publishing before returning to his high school alma mater (Central Catholic High School, Lawrence, MA), where he was responsible for communications as a member of the advancement team. After six years that included a multi-million dollar capital campaign and expansion project, Chuck launched his freelance writing and editing career.
